The principal consultants at n-plus are husband and wife team Chris and Carolyn Brading, who between them have over forty years’ corporate and marketing communications experience. Both have extensive experience working with, and in, organisations of all sizes from Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) to large complex international companies.

Chris Brading
Chris has worked in communications for his entire career, picking up knowledge and first-hand experience in just about every communications discipline along the way. Chris is equally comfortable working with, and advising, other small business owners or presenting at board level of multi-national companies. Whatever the size of the project, Chris is motivated by making a positive difference.

  
   

Carolyn Brading
Carolyn is a friendly, flexible and focused marketing communications professional with a proven track record of managing marketing communication campaigns both within the UK and internationally. Whilst Carolyn is a strong all rounder, her passion is events – large or small, she believes attention to detail and good planning are essential to any event’s success.

 

With a record of consistently delivering above and beyond expectations, Chris and Carolyn listen to customers and give them honest advice to ensure that they continue to deliver value. When additional specialist skills are required, Chris and Carolyn work with a number of other like-minded professional consultants and suppliers to ensure that customers projects are delivered to time, quality and budget.
